what ursa.nz
is about
-
one
a co-operative
We share the work and how we organise it. We don't do client managers, human resources, or sales teams. The person you yarn with is the person who works with you.
-
two
community first
We answer to the people a kaupapa belongs to. If we work with funders or institutions it is as directed by the communities with whom we work.
-
three
open by default
Our writing is shared under cc by-nc-sa 4.0, code under gpl-3.0 or agpl-3.0, or later. What we make together stays shareable.
more hands on the wall
Every project brings in more people: community researchers, kaumātua, Elders and knowledge holders, rangatahi, makers. They are credited on the work, by name, the way they choose.
